Freight charges will automatically be applied as per our standard rates. If you have any special requests regarding freight or delivery instructions, please indicate in the 'Customer Notes' box during the Checkout process.
If a Purchase Order Number generated by your company or organisation must appear on any invoices from us, please also indicate in the 'Customer Notes' box.
All pricing of goods on this site are GST inclusive. Most goods ordered will incur tax and these costs will be listed on the final invoice delivered with the goods. Pricing on this site is subject to change without notice.
Title of goods does not pass until invoice is paid in full. Until this time, all delivered goods remain the property of Ultimate safety Supplies.
No claim of discrepancy of order or pricing will be recognised after 7 days of receipt of goods. All returns must be confirmed by phone or email.
Returns are at the purchasers expense, in new or saleable condition with the packaging and seals intact.
A restocking fee of 20% will be charged for any incorrectly ordered goods.
If an order is found to be incorrect as a direct result of error on the part of an Ultimate Safety Supplies employee, the goods will be resupplied and any extra freight will be covered by us.
